Wild herb salad with crunchy sugar snap peas, fresh asparagus, delicate smoked salmon rilettes and a perfectly cooked egg from a farmer's chicken

Optional:
Velvet soup from the meadow champion, refined with large cubes of napkin dumplings and fresh leaf parsley.

Main course:
Tenderly fried lamb fillet in olive oil and aromatics, served with Breton artichoke, fine beans, colorful ratatouille and au gratin potatoes in a hearty thyme jus.

Dessert:
A heavenly white chocolate mousse scented with tonka beans, accompanied by confit rhubarb and a bitter chocolate biscuit.
Choose between our 3-course menu for EUR 45.50 or the extended enjoyment of the 4-course menu for only EUR 55.
