In the historic rooms of the stately Krugsdorf Castle you will find the restaurant WOLTERs in the castle with a view of the castle park and the golf course and an inviting sun terrace.

As Chef de Cuisine, the passionate gourmet chef RAINER WOLTER will spoil you with regional specialties enriched by borrowings from Far Eastern cuisine.

After working with Willi Schwank at the Stahlbad restaurant in Baden-Baden (two Michelin stars), Josef Viehhauser at Le Canard in Hamburg and Eckart Witzigmann at the Aubergine restaurant in Munich, Rainer Wolter was head chef at the Hamburg restaurant La Mer at the Hotel Prem from 1985 to 1994. which, under his leadership, was awarded one star by the Michelin Guide in 1994, and later opened WOLTERs on Berlin's Kurfürstendamm.

Rainer Wolter is a founding member of the Jeunes Restaurateurs d’Europe, Germany Section, of which he was elected president from 1991 to 1994 and of which he was appointed honorary president by Otto Fehrenbacher in 1995. In 2009 he was awarded the “Gourmet Prize Brandenburg”.
